How do I place an order?

To place an order you can use our online order form on our website. You will be asked to fill out your name and complete mailing address and email address. Simply enter the item name and item # on the lines that are provided. Once your order form is completed and you hit submit it will be sent to us for processing. Once your order is processed you will receive an email by Paypal asking for payment.

 

 

How long does it take for shipping for the United States?

If you live in the United States from the time your order is placed it will take between 5-7 days to get to you. We do have rush shipping available as well but extra shipping costs will apply. Shipping cost is $9.99 for all orders under $50. For all orders over $50, shipping cost is 15 of the order total.

I live in Canada, how long does it take for shipping?

Shipping usually takes about 10 days depending on where you are located.

I live in Canada, is there any additional costs coming across the border?

No, the shipping percentage is higher being at 20% of your total order for all orders over $100. All orders under $100, shipping cost is $25. This covers all the duties and taxes so that Canada Post can deliver it right to your door.

How do I pay for my order?

Once you have submitted your order form online you will receive an email by Paypal for payment. Please note you don’t need a Paypal account in order to pay for your order. You can simply pay for your order by Visa/MasterCard/Debit.

Is Paypal safe and secure?

Paypal is the worlds #1 way to buy and sell online. Paypal protects both the buyer and the seller. Paypal is by far the most popular way to buy and sell online that millions of people use everyday to do online transactions.

Do you have a store that I can go to?

No sorry, we are an online mail order business.

Can I mail my order in to you with payment?

Yes, you can mail your order in to us if you prefer. We do however urge you to send your order in through our online order form and pay for your order online by Paypal. All orders are in US currency and Paypal does the exchange rate for you. By mailing your order into us this delays your order further from being shipped out. If you pay by check your order will only be sent out after the payment has gone through plus it needs to be in US currency. For these reasons we do urge you to use our online order form however if you prefer you can send us a message and we’ll do your order that way instead.

Can I get a catalogue mailed to me? Is it free?

We can mail you a catalogue but unfortunately due to the cost of shipping and the catalogue itself we can’t provide these free of charge. We do however urge you to use our online catalogues on our website. Once you become a customer of ours you will start to receive one from time to time by mail after your first order is placed with us.
